1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: site location plan dated 9.03.2021, Block plans and propsed and exstig elevation dated 9.03.2021, Existing and Proposed elevations (THA.MAR.19.D) and Block plan showing new fence on boundary dated 26.04.2021.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
