Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01378/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external plant and extraction system hereby approved shall be so installed, enclosed and attenuated to ensure that noise resulting from its operation and use shall not exceed the existing background noise level inclusive of any penalty for tonal, impulsive or other distinctive acoustic characteristics when measured or calculated according to the provisions of BS4142:2014 (as amended).

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
