Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01409/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All ecological measures and/or works shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the July 2021 Preliminary Roost Assessment (PRA) and Emergence & Activity Bat Survey (EBS) as already submitted with the planning application and agreed in principle with the local planning authority prior to determination.

Reason: To ensure there is no unacceptable impact upon protected species
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1364 P 001 A, 1364_000, 51235/4, A7015-G-002 P2, A7015-B-002 P2, A7015-B-001 P3, 1364 P 011, 1364 P 006, 1364 P 004 A, 1364 P 003 A, 1364 P 002, 1364_000, 1364 P 014, 1364 P 012.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
