Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01426/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1783-14, 1949/1, 1949/2, 1949/3

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The tractor shed hereby permitted shall be used for storage of agricultural equipment in association with Treetops, Silsoe Road, Flitton only.

Reason: In the interest of safeguarding the rural character of the surrounding area and the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Section 12 and 15, NPPF)
4) The tractor and implement storage building hereby granted approval shall only be used for an agricultural use associated with the paddock identified on drawing no. 1949/2 and for no commercial use.

Reason: To ensure that the Local Planning Authority have control over the use of the building.
