17) The proposed construction working hours, as submitted on 29th March 2021 are unacceptable as they allow for Sunday working (07:00 to 18:00), which is inconsistent with the Secretary of State's Ministerial Statement (dated 25th March 2021). In addition to this, the application states that the extended construction working hours will cease on 1st April 2021, which has already passed. As such, an extension to the working hours for this development, as suggested in the submission material, cannot be accepted.

Reason: In the interests of the amenity of existing residents and for the avoidance of doubt.
