1) The roof of the single storey rear extension hereby permitted shall not be altered to or be used as a baclony.

Reason: To protect the amenity and privacy of neighbouring properties.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number 21.170-P2

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
