Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. The fence hereby permitted shall be stained in accordance with details which shall previously be submitted to and approved by the District Planning Authority in writing. REASON: To ensure that the fence is in keeping with this part of the Sewell Conservation Area. (Policies 10, 13, B.S.P, BE4/5 S.B.L.P, BE , S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 3. This permission relates only to the details shown on the site location plan and drawing received 24/01/01 or to any subsequent subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.)
