Conditions or Reasons:
2) A scheme shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority indicating the position and type of boundary treatment to be erected around the curtilage of the site as defined on approved Drawing 10 & Drawing 20. The boundary treatment shall be completed in accordance with the approved scheme before the dwelling is first occupied and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
5) Prior to their use in the development hereby approved samples or details of the materials to be used on the external surfaces shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter proceed in accordance with the approved materials.

Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to ensure the development will harmonise visually with the character and appearance of the site and its surroundings.
