1) The installation of the railings around a roof terrace is not considered to benefit from permitted development rights under the Town And Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 nor have they acquired immunity from enforcement action as such planning permission will be required and a certificate of lawfulness cannot be issued
