Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01651/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The temporary classroom building hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 31st July 2026 and the area shall be subsequently reinstated to its original use within 3 months of its removal unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its retention. 

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the building when the permission expires.
(Policies SP7, HQ1 and HQ3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) & Section 12 of the NPPF (2021))
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1000; 1001; 1002 and 1003

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
