Conditions or Reasons:
5) No development shall take place until a Construction/Demolition Traffic Management Plan (C/DTMP) has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The CTMP shall include the following and the approved details shall remain implemented for the duration of the demolition/construction phase:
On site construction worker parking
Delivery area, turning area and materials storage area
Any temporary signage or signals within the public highway with regard to the site

Reason: To avoid obstruction of the public highway and free flow of highway traffic and in order to minimise danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the site, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the adopted Local Plan, Policy HQ1 of the emerging Local Plan and the NPPF.
