14) Prior to occupation of the first dwelling a Verification Report must be submitted to demonstrate compliance with policy and approved Sustainability Statement and Energy Report.'
Reason: In order to ensure sustainability of the development and to minimise development's impact on climate, in accordance with Policies: CS13, DM1 and DM3 of the adopted Local Plan, policy CC1 of the submission Local Plan and the NPPF. These details are required prior to occupation of the first dwelling.
