Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01726/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No above ground works shall take place until full schedule details of all the external materials to be used in implementation of the development hereby approved, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and to safeguard the character of Shillington Conservation Area (Section 12 & 16 NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CP-ML-1C, CP-ML-2B and CP-ML-3A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
