Conditions or Reasons:
1) In the absence of robust justification and marketing information in its favour, the proposal would result in the unacceptable loss of an important community facility and associated employment in conflict with Policies EMP4, R2 and HQ3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and paragraphs 84 and 93 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2021). It would therefore fail to comply with the economic and social objectives of sustainable development.
