Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01913/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1310-006A, 1310-005C, 1310-007.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
3) The premises shall only open for receiving patients between 0900hrs to 17300 hrs Mondays to Sundays and at no other time.
Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the parking provision shown on drawing no. 1310-005C shall be kept permanently available for the parking of motor vehicles.

Reason: To ensure that off-street parking is retained in the interests of highway safety.
