Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01994/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of the proposed rendering of the extension, is not considered to fall within the permitted development tolerance limits under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as such planning permission will be required and a Certificate of Lawfulness cannot be issued. In addition the application is advised that Listed building consent is also required.
