Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed close boarded fence by reason of its prominant siting, scale, design and resultant enclosure of amenity land would cause harm to the open character of the streetscene and would have a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the surrounding area. As such, the proposal is conflicting with policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, Section 7 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and Section 12 of the NPPF.
