Conditions or Reasons:
10) Prior to commencement of above ground works, a Landscape Remediation Method Statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, which shall include full details of the removal and disposal of existing hardcore surfacing (and its associated subbase and foundation) from all areas to be landscaped, and of their replenishment with good quality, screened topsoil. The approved Method Statement shall then be implemented in full prior to the undertaking of soft landscaping in accordance with the requirements of condition 9.
Reason: In the interest of promoting successful establishment of the landscaping. (Section 12, NPPF)
