1) No evidence-based submission that demonstrate that there is no longer a need for rural workers accommodation in the local area and that the proposal would amount to sustainable development, has been provided with the application. Inadequate information has been submitted therefore, to demonstrate that the agricultural occupancy of the dwelling is no longer required. Accordingly, the development fails to comply with Policy CS1 and DM4 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework (2019).
