2) The development hereby approved shall be constructed in materials shown on plan number 19046wd2.04 Rev K, 19046wd2.05 Rev C, 19046wd2.07 and 19046wd2.01 Rev C unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
