Conditions or Reasons:
2) No development above slab level for the extension works hereby approved shall take place, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, until details of the materials to be used for the external walls, roof and goods of the extensions hereby approved have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control and confirm the finished appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
