Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application manufacturer's product details in respect of the windows, 'Conservation Rooflights' and external doors proposed to be used in the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any installation on site and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the character and appearance of the listed building (Section 16, NPPF).
