Conditions or Reasons:
4) At least two calendar months prior to the first outdoor music event being held at the premises the applicant shall submit a noise management plan for the premises to the Local Planning Authority for written approval. The approved noise management plan shall be fully implemented at all times when outdoor music events take place. Events in a tent or marquee rather than a permanent building fall under the definition of outside for the purposes of this condition.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
