Conditions or Reasons:
7) Development shall not begin until the temporary method of access has been provided in accordance with drawing no. SECT2-SBRA-0001-DWG-001 Rev C01, the presence of which shall be time limited to no more than 8 weeks from its installation. The access area subject to this application shall be reinstated to the Council's written satisfaction within 4 weeks from the end of the planning consent with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway
