Conditions or Reasons:
5) Before the construction of the new dwelling and garage, details of the extent and means of definition of the curtilage of the residential unit shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the boundary of the curtilage shall be set out and defined in accordance with the approved details before the unit is first occupied or brought into use including a scheme for screen fencing and/or screen walling and the curtilage shall thereafter be retained as approved.

Reason: To limit the extent of the residentially used land having regard to the rural location of the site in the Green Belt.
