Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/02872/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The means of access is not included within the redline plan, hence restricting the ability to lawfully secure the access to the site as part of the proposal which would have an adverse impact on the public highway.
2) The proposal would increase vehicular usage of a substandard access track which, by virtue of its restricted width and alignment would preclude convenient movement on the track to the detriment of public safety and convenience.
3) Insufficient evidence has been submitted to demonstrate that the proposed development will not cause a contamination risk upon the applciation site. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(c) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order 2015.
