| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application. the existing laurel hedge supplementing the chestnut paling property boundary fence highlighted on the approved plans shall be maintained at its present dimensions, and in accordance with good horticultural practice, and shall not be subject to removal, nor to any heavier pruning than is currently being practised, without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To maintain the integrity of the present hedge screening, as provided by the existing height and spread of the surrounding laurel planting, so as to control and minimise the visual impact of the approved development in respect of the Husborne Crawley Church End Conservation Area. (Section 16, NPPF). |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any works of internal and external 'making good', including brickwork, timberwork, plasterwork, the use of mortars and decorative finishes, required as a result of implementation of the works hereby approved shall be undertaken with materials and in a manner which are strictly compatible with, the traditional constructional detailing and character of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner fully appropriate to, and in the safeguarding of, the traditional fabric and constructional character of this listed building (Section 16, NPPF) |

The heat pump installations hereby approved shall be undertaken using the pump product detailed in the submitted Product Specification unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of pump installation on site.
Reason: To identify the approved heat pump product and to avoid doubt. |
