Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/03070/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: site location plan, block plan and south garden wall rebuild 'alternative highway model' dated 20/10/2010.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3)

A method statement for the demolition and reconstruction of the wall, including storage details of all materials to be reused and details of any additional bricks needed, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Ony the agreed Method Statement shall be implemented.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the site and the Clifton Conservation Area.
