Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed 2m high boundary fence, by virtue of its height, siting and form, will appear as an incongruous form of development, which will enclose a valuable area of public amenity space. The proposed fence will appear unduly prominent and visually intrusive to the open character of the corner plot and wider street setting, and will have a harmful urbanizing impact upon its rural setting, in conflict with Policy D1 of the Flitton, Greenfield & Pulloxhill Neighbourhood Plan (2021), Policies H10 and HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Section 12 of the NPPF.
