Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed garage conversion does not represent development by virtue of Section 55 (2)(a)(i) of the Act. The proposed fenestration changes to the front elevation of the garage and side elevation of the dwellinghouse are considered to fall within the permitted development tolerance limits under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as such planning permission will not be required.
