Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/03439/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development results in the use of substandard accesses which make no provision for adequate driver/driver intervisibility and will lead to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property.
2) The development results in the obstruction of existing driver/driver intervisibility to the oncoming traffic at the adjacent farm access (Reeley Farm) leading to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the farm access.
3) The development results in the obstruction of the pass and repass of pedestrian traffic along the public highway (verge), glare or dazzle to drivers using the road, surface water discharge into the carriageway where it can cause pooling and aquaplaning and, if it freezes, skidding issues, and vehicles obstructing the free flow of traffic along the carriageway while the gates are being opened, leading to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway.
4) The deposition of gravel in the public highway which will migrate onto the carriageway will lead to issues of skidding of cycles, motorcycles and equines and, if thrown up by the tyres of passing vehicles, can lead to vehicular damage and injury to pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and equines and their riders, leading to conditions of safety and inconvenience to users of the highway.
