Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 2 months of the date of this permission, and in accordance with drawing number 2020/0701/02B, the glass wall to the east side elevation of the balcony hereby approved shall be constructed of opaque glass to a height of 1.9 metres and the balustrade to the rear/west shall be constructed of opaque glass to a height of 1.25 metres, remaining so in perpetuity.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of neighbouring dwellings.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 2020/0701/02B, 2020/0701/03, 2020/0701/01A, 2020/0701/01, 2020/0701/04, 2020/0701/05, CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003, CBC-004.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
