Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/03746/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building(s) and works hereby permitted shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition on or before 5 years from the date of the decision notice unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for their retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.

2) Once the marque construction has been implemented the construction site compound will be removed and the parking provision replaced.

Reason
For the avoidance of doubt and to provide adequate on site parking provision
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 4000 rev. A, 4001, 4002, 4003, CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
