Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/03763/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin no later than 19 February 2024.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Part 3 of the Business and Planning Act 2020.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials as stated on elevational plans SA-21-LL01 Rev C04 and SA-21-LL03.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SA-21-EX01, SA-EX003, SA-EX-0001, SA- EX-0002 Rev CO2, SA-21-LL03, SA-20-GP01 Rev C05, SA-21-LL01 Rev C04, SA-20-GP02 Rev C04, SA-20-GP03 Rev C03.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
