Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/03964/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted, except for the canopy canvass to be carried out in agreed colour 'Pantone Warm Gray 10C' as indicated on plan CBC-002, shall be carried out in materials as identified on plan number 21.36.01.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural & historic interest, character & appearance of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with standard conservation good practice.
(Section 16, NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 21.36.01, CBC-001, CBC-002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
