Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/04102/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The premises shall not be open to the public except between 0900 hours and 2100 hours Monday to Saturday and 1000 hours and 1700 hours on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, CBC-002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
