Conditions or Reasons:
1) Due to the siting of the dropped kerb close to the priority junction and the design of the proposal in so far that you cannot enter and leave the access in a forward gear, the proposal would create conditions of danger and inconvenience for users of the highway and therefore the proposed access would be contrary to Section 9 of the NPPF, Policies T2 and T3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
