Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/04566/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works other than the off-white render to the southeast flank elevation hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

2) The off-white render finish shown on drawing number 04A/05 shall be applied to the exposed breeze block wall of the southeast flank elevation of the extension and completed no less than 6 months following the date of the Decision Notice. The southeast flank elevation shall then be retained in this finish thereafter.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 05A/05, 01A/05, 02A/05, 03A/05, 04A/05.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
