Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/04871/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: Site plan, Location Plan, O1/A Existing and 01/AProposed.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The proposed new wall shall be rebuilt using the reclaimed materials salvaged from the deconstruction of the original wall to match the existing. Works shall be permanently maintained as such.

Reason: To afeguard the character and appearace of the site and the Sandy Conservation Area to comply with the NPPF (2021) and policy HE3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan.
