Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application the uncompleted programme of remedial works to the east wall of the Kitchen Store of the west range of the property, as indicated on drawing PS-6, including remedial repair of the exposed decayed timber wall post, shall be completed using materials and in a manner wholly appropriate to the traditional character of the building, full details of which shall be set out in a Schedule of Works which shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to any completion works being undertaken and the approved works of completion shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details. No work additional to completion, including any further removal of existing exterior render or internal wall finishes, shall be undertaken, without the express prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority or the obtaining of further formal Consent. Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are completed with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the historic fabric, character and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF). |

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: AS/02 level 01, PS/42, PS/60, PS/10 E01, PS/11/E/03, PS/19, Site Location Plan and Site Plan. Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |
