| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

The first floor window(s) in the east side elevation serving the ensuite & dressing room of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the window(s) which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the room(s) in which the window(s) is installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the east side elevation.
Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties

The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling known as The Round House and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit and shall therefore only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.
Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit and prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 10666/TP01B, 10666/TP02, 10666/TP03, 10666/TP04, 10666/TP05, 10666/TP06, 10666/TP07, 10666/TP08, 10666/TP09, 10666/TP10, 10666/TP11, 10666/TP12 and 10666/TP13.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
