Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed garage conversion does not represent development by virtue of S55(2)(a)(i) of the Act. The proposed fenestration to the front elevation represents permitted development by virtue of Class A, Part 1 of Schedule 2, and the proposed electric charging outlet represents permitted development by virtue of Class D, Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development (England) Order 2015 (as amended) . As such, express planning permission will not be required.
