Conditions or Reasons:
2) Notwithstanding the details in the approved plans, the development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of that phase of development hereby approved. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009.
