Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/05084/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall commence until a schedule/samples of the types and colour of the materials to be used in the external finishes has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.  The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure an appropriate external finish to an addition to a Grade II Listed Building.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers IHL/21/CB/01, IHL/21/CB/02, IHL/21/CB/03, IHL/21/CB/04B, IHL/21/CB/05B, IHL/21/CB/06B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
