Conditions or Reasons:
2) The development hereby permitted shall not alter or impact existing overland flow in such a way that flood risk would be increased to or from the site. The final detailed design of the proposed surface water management and flood mitigation shall be submitted to and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented as proposed and maintained in perpetuity by the landowner.

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of operation and prevent the increased risk of flooding both on and off site for the lifetime of the operational development in accordance with para 163 NPPF.
