Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/05498/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Before any further use of the chimney an ESP filter shall be fitted in accordance with the ESP sketch drawing and the flue particle filter details received 22/3/22, unless an acceptable alternative is otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In order to protect the amenities of neighbouring occupiers. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 211960-1, BP 29/4/21, LP 15/4/19, ESP filter sketch rec'd 22/3, flue particle filter details rec'd 22/3/22.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
