Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extensions to the front of the house - creating a triple gable end front aspect - will by reason of their size, siting and design appear at odds with the existing style of the house and its neighbours in conflict with the design guide on House Extensions and Alterations which seeks to respect the existing roof pitch, windows, doors and building materials' and contrary to Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2021 which seeks to reinforce local distinctiveness and ensure a high quality of development.
