Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/00360/DOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All new doors and windows shall be timber and detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10of all new doors and windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the listed building is conserved and maintained in accordance with Section 16 of the NPPF.
