| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to the commencement on site of any works of building conversion hereby approved, written confirmation of the exact method of retention of the existing loft access ladder, including details of ladder repair/refurbishment and permanent fixings to the fabric of the building, as appropriate, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the character, appearance and historic detailing of this listed building in all its respects (Section 16, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to the commencement on site of any works of building conversion hereby approved, written confirmation of the method of in situ repair of timber wall panelling within the ground floor 'Original Stable Area', confirming retention, without disturbance or alteration, of the existing feeding stall arrangement with which the wall panelling is integral, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the character, appearance and historic detailing of this listed building in all its respects (Section 16, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to the installation of the building frontage (south-east elevation) single-glazed 'infill glazing' hereby approved, full details of associated glazing framing, as required, including details of frame materials, decorative finishing, fixtures and fittings, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character and appearance of this listed building and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located (Section 16, NPPF) |
