Conditions or Reasons:
14) Prior to any above ground works for Plots 2-6 of the development hereby approved, and notwithstanding the information submitted, details of the finished floor levels, garden levels (including any paved areas) and rear boundary treatment of said plots shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plots shall be constructed thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason:
To ensure a suitable level of privacy between the dwellings and rear gardens of Plots 2-6 and No.19 Ickwell Road.
